At Liberty Niche Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, please note the following strict exceptions to our return policy:

• Sealed Retail Perfumes: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for standard retail perfumes if the original packaging (cellophane wrapping/seal) has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

• Tester Perfumes (FINAL SALE): All perfumes clearly marked and sold as "Testers" are strictly Final Sale. Due to the naturally unsealed nature of tester packaging and strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any tester items under any circumstances. We highly recommend that you are already familiar with the fragrance before purchasing a tester bottle.

How to initiate a valid return (for sealed items only):

1. Contact us at libertynicheboutique@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Once authorized, ship the item to our prefered address.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the condition of the returned item.
